Bio

Hi, I have systemic mastocytosis,I have too many allergy/mastcells and that creates alot of problems.I hope with this journal I can maybe learn a little about myself and figure how to deal w/life better.I have been really sad since I was diagnosed and besides the bone pain I find that how I feel about myself now is a bigger problem to my well being that the disease itself.
